Preparing a book for print
in 4 easy steps
Request
an offer
Request a rough offer. Attach the manuscript and graphic elements that accompany the text [if any], indicate the desired format and other notes. We suggest you submit a final, proofread manuscript. In the shortest possible time [max. 1 working day] we will send an approximate offer with delivery deadlines.
Accept
the offer
After you accept the offer, we start designing the manuscript graphically. We will send you the first 20 pages for approval of the layout, and then continue our work.
After that, we will submit the first version of the graphic layout in pdf within the deadline specified in the offer. Make corrections and then send us the edited file.
Catalogue
the book
We will make the corrections and then return to you the final layout of the book block so that you can do the cataloguing [Cataloguing in Publication - CIP].
Provide us with the catalogue information and the ISBN number to include them in the book’s imprint.
Finalize
the work
We will send you an invoice for the done work. Make the payment [PayPal or VISA]. After the payment is confirmed, we will send you a file with the book ready to print.
If you have also decided to entrust us with the design of the book cover, in addition to folding the book block, we will also provide you with a visual cover design.

With many years of experience in folding, designing, editing and publishing books and magazines, we have noticed that everything can be done via computer and e-mail, without unnecessary communication or the need for the client to personally appear at the site where the folding is done (or any other segment in the book publishing process). With the same quality of the final product (the book), this speeds up and makes the whole process cheaper. Therefore, we decided to launch this service and offer the market a cheap, high-quality and fast way for graphic manuscript design and prepress.
You pay for the graphic design of the book block upon completion of the work, based on the invoice we issue to you. Payment is done via PayPal or VISA.
The copyright in full, without any restrictions, passes to the client at the time of payment of the full amount [design + additional costs, if any] for the specified work.
Corrections can be done and submitted:
a) electronically - in the PDF document we provided. Send us the document with the saved corrections by e-mail. [the most demanding variant requires a professional version of the Adobe Acrobat program and more advanced computer skills i.e. knowledge of working in Adobe Acrobat]
b) manually - on the print of the PDF document. Once you have made the corrections, the pages need to be scanned [or photographed] and delivered to us by email. [the simplest option to make corrections, but, on the other hand, requires more time since the pages need to be scanned/photographed].
c) via the form - corrections are entered in a specially prepared form, which you can return to us by e-mail. [if there are not many corrections in the document, this is the optimal way to make corrections].
Yes. You can cancel an ordered job at any time, without any explanations or obligations. When it comes to the cover design, should you decide to cancel, we will not refund the amount paid, if in the meantime we have provided you with the conceptual cover design.
